PT. Maklon Kosmetik Indonesia, established in 2023 in Surabaya, East Java, is a Limited Liability Company providing private label (contract) manufacturing services in the cosmetics production industry.
PT. Maklon Kosmetik Indonesia operates facilities certified by BPOM (Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control) and implements national-standard GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices / CPKB) for all liquid, viscous liquid, gel, cream, and solid (soap) preparations.
We provide end-to-end services to create cosmetics (perfume, skincare, and bodycare) under your own brand.

(HKI)
HKI (Intellectual Property) is a legal protection that secures your brand and creations from plagiarism and unauthorized exploitation. This protection covers aspects like trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and trade secrets. By registering your brand with the Directorate General of HKI, your cosmetic brand gains a legal foundation and the exclusive right to produce and distribute. Distribution Permit
BPOM (National Agency of Drug and Food Control) is the government body that oversees the circulation of drugs, food, and cosmetics to protect consumers. A BPOM permit allows consumers to differentiate quality, genuine products from counterfeit ones that could be harmful. We manage the BPOM notification process (valid for 5 years per product) until it is approved. This is your guarantee that our products are safe, free from harmful ingredients, and meet all government-mandated quality standards.

Security Label with Unique Code to Protect Product Authenticity
Every product we manufacture is equipped with a security label featuring a unique code that can be validated on our website. This validation system guarantees product authenticity directly from our factory to your consumer’s hands. To ensure security, each unique code can only be validated a maximum of 3 times before it expires. We implement this limit to prevent duplication and protect your brand from product counterfeiting.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) 1.000 botol per SKU sudah dilengkapi dengan izin edar HKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) dan BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat Dan Makanan).
Proses produksi dapat bervariasi. Namun secara umum, prosesnya sekitar dua bulan setelah sample disetujui. Dengan rincian :
Pembuatan sampel.
Pendaftaran HKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) 30 hari kerja(*).
BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat Dan Makanan) 30 hari kerja(*).
Produksi 30 hari kerja.
